Waqf Fund collects over MVR 3 million in donations

The Islamic Waqf Fund has collected over MVR 3 million in donations so far this year through Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA)’s website. Islamic Minister Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed said on Tuesday that the donations all came from donation links on MIRA’s website. Shaheem stressed that the money will be spent strictly on initiatives listed in the Waqf Fund’s trust statement. Islamic
