WAMCO staff face repeated salary delays

Employees of the state‑owned waste management company WAMCO continue to face delays in receiving their monthly salaries. A post on X by user Nishana Moosa on March 10 claimed that many WAMCO staff had still not been paid their salaries for the month. Speaking to Sun on Tuesday, a WAMCO employee said staff have now gone three months without receiving their salaries.
