NS second batch students rescued after boat sinks

A speedboat carrying students enrolled in the second batch of the National Service Initial Training Course capsized while travelling from Maafilaafushi to Male'. According to MNDF, two Marine Police vessels were dispatched after authorities received a report that a speedboat transporting the students had suffered a mechanical failure en route.
