Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC), on Thursday, revealed that residents of the Amaan Udhares and Amaan Dhoadhi towers have submitted a total of 6,917 complaints to the corporation.
According to data released by FDC on grievances reported by tenants, the most common concerns include water leakages and technical issues encountered when making payments through the corporation’s online portal.
Statistics show that, as of the 13th of this month, a total of 6,917 complaints had been submitted through the corporation’s online portal, email, and reception desk. Of these, FDC reported that 6,128 issues had been resolved.
The corporation stated that its teams are working to address the remaining 789 outstanding complaints.
The main concerns raised by residents relate to water leakages and building maintenance, as well as difficulties with rent payments and updating personal information through the online portal.
Additional complaints have been lodged regarding requests for apartment modifications, noise disturbances, and the maintenance of common areas and elevators within the towers.
FDC emphasized that its primary objective is to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents.
The corporation reaffirmed its commitment to resolving the outstanding issues promptly and effectively, while maintaining a responsive approach to future complaints.
Amid the high volume of grievances reported by residents, FDC had previously issued notices on October 14th to terminate the agreements for two apartments due to persistent rent arrears. However, the corporation later confirmed that the tenants had begun making payments following the issuance of the official notices.
