Tree Top Hospital has launched a specialist‑led Pain Management Clinic offering interventional care for patients suffering from chronic pain.
Located on the first floor of the hospital, the clinic is led by specialist anesthetists Dr. Fiuna and Dr. Bishnu, both trained in advanced interventional pain management. Their work is supported by the hospital’s multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
According to Tree Top Hospital, the clinic will operate Sunday to Wednesday, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and will remain closed from Thursday to Saturday.
The hospital said the new clinic will provide world‑class, image-guided, evidence‑based treatments for a wide range of painful conditions, offering “new hope” for patients with chronic back pain, osteoarthritis, cancer‑related pain, and neuropathic disorders.
Conditions treated at the clinic include:
Chronic back pain, sciatica, and spinal conditions (herniated disc, spinal stenosis, lumbar radiculopathy)
Osteoarthritis of the knee, hip, or shoulder
Myofascial pain, occupational injuries, and sports‑related musculoskeletal conditions
Neuropathic pain such as postherpetic neuralgia or trigeminal neuralgia
Chronic migraines, cervical dystonia, and spastic disorders
Pelvic and tailbone pain, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS)
Cancer‑related pain and pain from advanced disease
Patients referred from orthopedics, neurology, oncology, rheumatology, or primary care
Tree Top Hospital said the service supports the national goal of reducing outbound medical travel by providing advanced specialist care locally.
