Ooredoo has achieved a historic milestone in Maldivian telecommunications by connecting the Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi Resort with a submarine cable, marking the first time a resort in the archipelago has received such advanced connectivity. The submarine cable will link through Ithaafushi and Maafushi to Ooredoo's data center in Hulhumale, significantly enhancing internet speeds and providing world-class connectivity to the resort.
