Ooredoo runs m-Faisaa cashback offer for ‘Text a Coffee’ transactions

Ooredoo Maldives has announced a limited-time promotion that rewards customers with MVR 20 m-Faisaa cashback for every “Text a Coffee” transaction above MVR 50.

According to Ooredoo, the offer is valid for all prepaid and postpaid customers from Auugust 20-26 across all “Text a Coffee” portal vendors.

With the new promotion, Ooredoo said it seeks to enrich customer experience by combining digital convenience with rewarding benefits:

• Customers making a “Text a Coffee” transaction above MVR 50 will automatically receive MVR 20 cashback in their m-Faisaa wallet within 24 hours.
• For weekend transactions, cashback will be credited on the next working day.
• Prepaid customers will be charged from their mobile balance, while postpaid customers will have the amount added to their monthly bill.
• Customers without an m-Faisaa wallet can still enjoy this benefit. Upon wallet activation and completing within 10 days, they will receive the cashback amount.

The MVR 20 cashback can be used at all outlets that accept m-Faisaa and for money transfers, further expanding the usefulness of Ooredoo’s secure and seamless digital wallet.
