Aasandha Company Limited is seeking a party to develop an AI-powered chatbot to support its services.
According to the tender announcement, AI-driven chatbot must capable of communicating in both Dhivehi and English. The system is expected to generate automated responses based on the company’s internal data, website content, regulations, policies, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
The chatbot must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and demonstrate proficiency in both English and Dhivehi. The tender specifically requires the system to recognise and respond to Dhivehi queries written in either the Thaana script or Latin characters.
The proposed platform must also include a web-based dashboard that allows employees to update information without requiring programming expertise. Additionally, Aasandha requires a seamless handover mechanism through which queries that the chatbot is unable to address can be transferred to customer service representatives or the company’s hotline. The system must be capable of being hosted either on a cloud platform or on Aasandha’s internal servers.
Aasandha said the primary purpose of introducing the chatbot is to make information more accessible to customers through the Aasandha website and the ‘My Aasandha’ portal. The initiative is expected to automate responses to routine inquiries and, consequently, reduce the workload of customer service personnel.
The company added that the chatbot would also help identify frequently asked questions and gaps in publicly available information, enabling Aasandha to continuously update and improve the information provided to customers.
