BML partners with NAM to support development of netball

Bank of Maldives (BML) partnered with Netball Association of Maldives (NAM) to support the development of netball in the Maldives and nurture young talent.

The three-year partnership agreement between BML and NAM was signed on Monday.

According to BML, the partnership includes the bank’s sponsorship of NAM’s annual interschool netball tournament, known as the BML Raajje Junior Netball Championship, and the Junior Championship Tournament.

NAM regularly holds such tournaments, aiming to develop netball in the Maldives and nurture young talent.

BML reiterated its commitment to contributing to the development of sporting talent nationwide, through youth-focused initiatives and strategic partnerships with national associations.

The bank currently has partnerships with various sports associations including Football Association of Maldives (FAM), Maldives Basketball Association (MBA), Maldives Aquatics, Maldives Surfing Association (MSA), Tennis Association of Maldives and Maldives Olympic Committee.
