Ooredoo launches ‘Futuboalha Foari’ campaign for World Cup with exciting offers

Ooredoo Maldives has launched its "Futuboalha Foari" campaign, a special promotion aimed at bringing customers closer to the excitement of the World Cup through a range of exclusive offers across its Prepaid, Postpaid, and SuperNet services.

As football fans around the world prepare for the sport’s biggest tournament, Ooredoo is making it easier for customers to stay connected, stream matches, and enhance their home entertainment experience throughout the competition.

1. MTV “Weare26” Pack for the Ultimate World Cup Experience

From June 10 to July 20, 2026, Prepaid and Postpaid customers can subscribe to a special Medianet Pack priced at MVR 275, which includes:

• 3GB of regular data
• A Medianet TV subscription valid until the end of the World Cup

The included data can be used across any application without restrictions, while the Medianet TV subscription enables customers to enjoy the tournament from anywhere.

Customers can subscribe to the pack through Holhuashi on the Ooredoo App, with charges either added to their Postpaid bill or deducted from their Prepaid balance.

2. Free SuperNet Upgrade

As part of the campaign, Ooredoo is offering customers a free upgrade to the next available SuperNet Unlimited package tier from June 10 to July 31, 2026.

Customers who opt in will benefit from enhanced broadband speeds while continuing to pay their existing package rental for the first three months. After the promotional period, the rental fee for the upgraded package will apply unless customers choose to downgrade before the end of the third month.

The offer is available exclusively to customers who upgrade to any Unlimited package and cannot be combined with the SuperNet Lucky Draw promotion.

3. Win a 75-inch Hisense TV with SuperNet

Customers who apply for a new SuperNet Unlimited connection or upgrade to an Unlimited package between June 10 and July 31, 2026, will also have the chance to win a 75-inch Hisense television.

The winner of the lucky draw will be selected at the end of the promotional period.

4. Bring Home a New TV with Easy Installments

To further enhance customers’ viewing experience, Ooredoo has partnered with Redwave to offer eligible SuperNet Unlimited customers the opportunity to purchase selected Hisense televisions through a 12-month installment plan.

Customers may apply for the offer at Ooredoo Experience Centres, where eligibility will be assessed in real time.

Existing Unlimited customers with a positive credit history over the past six months, as well as new Unlimited customers who activate Direct Debit, will be eligible to participate. Approved customers will receive a voucher redeemable at designated Redwave outlets in Malé and Hulhumalé.

Customers subscribed to SuperNet plans ranging from MVR 599 to MVR 700 will be eligible for selected 55-inch Hisense television models, while those on plans priced at MVR 800 and above will have access to a broader range of television options. The offer will remain available while stocks last.
