The foundation and raft concrete works of Blue Lagoon Luxury Residences have been completed within three months, marking a major success for the project.

Practical works on the project began on January 26. And on April 28, workers completed the construction of one of the largest raft foundations ever laid in the Maldives – an important hallmark demonstrating the engineering skills of the project developers and their capability to expedite and robustly advance the construction.

The project developers have stated that the successful completion of the foundation works, which is the most technical and difficult phase encountered when constructing in the Maldivian environment, will pave the way to proceed with the upcoming structural works at a fast pace without any difficulties. They added that their aim is to complete and hand over the project according to schedule.

SPECIAL OFFER

Blue Lagoon Luxury Residences had launched a special promotional offer for Eid al-Fitr, offering a one percent discount on apartments for employees of banks and resorts, as well as employees of Ooredoo and Dhiraagu.

This offer remains open until the end of May.

APARTMENT OPTIONS AND PRICING

The apartments designated for sale from the two towers of Blue Lagoon are available to interested buyers in various sizes and price points.

As such, two-bedroom apartments ranging between 1,035sqft and 1,280sqft are available at prices between MVR 4.2 million and MVR 5.11 million.

The price of 1,340sqft 2+1 bedroom apartments - spaces designed to be converted into three bedrooms if needed - start at MVR 5.21 million.

Meanwhile, spacious three-bedroom apartments ranging between 1,795sqft and 1,875sqft are available at starting prices of MVR 6.89 million.
